Homework: Homework will be due on Wednesdays in section and will account for 60% of your section grade (15% of your course grade). I will not accept late homework, but your two lowest homework grades will be dropped.
Quizzes: There will be 10 quizzes this semester. Quizzes will be on Wednesdays, except for weeks when there is an exam or weeks where it is inconvenient due to breaks. The precise dates of the quizzes are: 9/16, 9/23, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/18, 12/2, and 12/9. Quizzes will account for 30% of your section grade (7.5% of your course grade). Your lowest quiz will be dropped.
Participation: You are expected to attend and participate in section. Participation will account for 10% of your section grade (2.5% of your course grade).
